Travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Schedule / Job TypeContract | 13 Weeks | Days | Wednesday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM | Onsite
Key Responsibilities- Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures including PET scans, HIDA scans, GI bleed studies, and stress tests
- Operate Philips and GE nuclear medicine imaging equipment
- Document patient information and imaging results accurately using Meditech EMR
- Float between PET Scan and Nuclear Medicine areas as needed
- Provide care for high acuity patients in a fast-paced nuclear medicine environment
Required Qualifications- Active Nuclear Medicine (NM) license required
- Minimum 1 year of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience
- Proficiency with nuclear medicine imaging equipment
- Experience with Meditech EMR or comparable electronic medical records system
- Ability to work with high acuity patients
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience operating both Philips and GE imaging equipment
- Outgoing personality with strong patient communication skills in high acuity settings
