Travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist
LocationDenton, Texas
Schedule / Job TypeContract | Travel | 3-Week Assignment | Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM | On-Call Required (Weekends and select weekday hours)
Key Responsibilities- Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures including MUGA, stress testing, cardiac perfusions, HIDA, and bone scans
- Operate GE nuclear medicine equipment in accordance with department protocols
- Document and manage patient records using Meditech EMR
- Work independently on day shift with minimal supervision
- Participate in on-call rotation covering weekday evenings (4:00 PM – 7:00 AM) and weekend shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 AM)
Required Qualifications- Active ARRT (NM) or CNMT certification required
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of nuclear medicine technology experience
- Ability to work independently and reliably
- Compliance with dark gray scrub dress code
Preferred Experience / Skills- Previous hospital-based nuclear medicine experience
- 2 or more years of nuclear medicine technology experience
