Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Days | 40 hours per week | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Every third weekend required
Key Responsibilities
- Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures in accordance with department protocols
- Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients as directed
- Operate and maintain nuclear medicine equipment to ensure proper functionality
- Document procedures and patient information accurately in accordance with regulatory standards
- Rotate weekend coverage on a every-third-weekend schedule
Required Qualifications
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification (NMTC) from the state of California
- NMTCB certification and/or ARRT (N) certification
