Nuclear Medicine Technologist – PET/CT

Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures, including PET/CT studies, in an acute care hospital setting
• Float between sister facilities as operationally required
• Utilize Epic for clinical charting and documentation
• Maintain compliance with departmental protocols and safety standards
• Commit to working 3 of the 5 designated major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)

Required Qualifications

• Active ARRT (N) or NMTCB certification required
• Active California state license required (no pending licenses accepted)
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of nuclear medicine experience required; first-time travelers accepted
• Valid compact license must be in hand at time of submission, if applicable
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible at standard rates; candidates within 50 miles may be considered at a local rate
• All RTO and scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of initial submission; post-offer RTO requests may not be considered
• 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• PET/CT experience highly preferred
• CT Advanced certification preferred
• Prior experience working in a multi-site or float-capable environment
