Nuclear Medicine Technologist – Radiology / Cardiology

Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Days | 4x10-hour shifts (7:30–18:00) | Every 3rd weekend required | No on-call
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a range of Nuclear Medicine exams, including diagnostic and therapeutic studies
- Operate GE and Philips Nuclear Medicine cameras
- Document and chart patient information using EPIC
- Float to Cardiac departments as needed within scope of skillset
- Maintain active Nuclear Medicine and CT credentials throughout the assignment
Required Qualifications
- Nuclear Medicine credential required: ARRT (N) or NMTCB
- CT postprimary credential required: R.T.(R)(CT)(ARRT) or CNMT, NMTCB(CT)
- BLS certification required at time of submission
- Active New Jersey or Compact license required; may submit with a pending New Jersey license
- Must be available to work 2 of 3 holidays
- Local candidates are accepted
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Minimum 2 years of Nuclear Medicine experience preferred
- Experience with both diagnostic and therapeutic Nuclear Medicine studies
- Familiarity with EPIC charting system
