Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM | No call, weekends, or holidays
Key Responsibilities- Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures, including PET/CT studies, in a clinical setting
- Operate nuclear medicine imaging equipment in accordance with departmental protocols
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout all imaging procedures
- Adhere to radiation safety standards and facility infection control policies, including fingernail and personal protective equipment requirements
- Maintain accurate documentation and imaging records in compliance with regulatory standards
Required Qualifications- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- PET imaging experience required
- Valid driver's license required
- ARRT(N) or NMTCB certification required
- Willingness to comply with facility fingernail policy — artificial nails are prohibited in all patient care areas
Preferred Experience / Skills- DOT Certification preferred at time of initial contract; required upon extension (must be obtained within 90 days)
- Familiarity with Siemens PET/CT or gamma camera imaging systems a plus; on-site training available
