Key Responsibilities- Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures independently, including PET imaging, using Siemens equipment
- Operate and maintain nuclear medicine equipment in accordance with established protocols and safety standards
- Observe universal precautions consistently and wear appropriate personal protective equipment
- Transport patients as needed and maintain patient safety throughout procedures
- Document and maintain the integrity of imaging archives and follow established downtime processes
- Work weekends as required by the facility; no call requirements
Required Qualifications- Active certification through the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) or American Registry of Radiologic Technologists - Nuclear Medicine (ARRT RT-N)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) only
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR
- Flu vaccination or approved exemption required November 1 through April 1; declinations are not accepted
Preferred Experience / Skills- PET imaging experience strongly preferred
- Experience working with Siemens nuclear medicine equipment
