Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM | 13-Week Assignment | On-Call Required
Key Responsibilities- Perform nuclear stress tests in a high-volume outpatient and inpatient setting
- Conduct HIDA scans, VQ scans, biliary studies, lymph injections, and amyloid studies
- Operate GE imaging equipment including SPECT CT (G850)
- Provide on-call coverage on weekdays (4:00 PM–10:00 PM, twice per week) and every other weekend (either Saturday or Sunday)
- Float within the specialty and to other units within scope as required
- Work holidays as scheduled and adhere to block scheduling requirements
Required Qualifications- Active ARRT (N) – Nuclear Medicine certification required
- Active ARRT (R) – Radiography certification required
- NMTCB certification required
- Current BLS certification (AHA only) required
- Active Maryland state license required at time of submission
- Experience working with adult and geriatric patient populations
Preferred Experience / Skills- Familiarity with GE nuclear medicine imaging equipment and SPECT CT platforms
- Experience in high-volume nuclear medicine environments with diverse scan types
- Comfort with floating across units and sister facilities within scope
