Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 13-Week Assignment | 40 Hours Guaranteed Per Week
Key Responsibilities- Perform general Nuclear Medicine studies including bone scans, renal, HIDA, gastric emptying, thyroid, lymphoscintigraphy, cardiac, and parathyroid exams
- Operate SPECT, SPECT/CT, and PET/CT imaging equipment including Symbia Evo SPECT, Symbia Intevo SPECT/CT, Siemens Biograph Vision X PET/CT Scanner, and Capintec Thyroid Probe
- Chart and document using Epic and Merge PACS (facility will provide training)
- Adhere to all facility health and safety policies, including infection control and vaccination protocols
- Float to satellite locations as needed to support departmental coverage
- Participate in on-call rotation as required; call-back minimum is 2 hours
Required Qualifications- Active ARRT(N) or CNMT certification required
- BLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted)
- Associate's degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of Nuclear Medicine experience
- Knowledge of general Nuclear Medicine studies and procedures
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience with SPECT/CT and/or PET/CT imaging
- Familiarity with Siemens imaging equipment
- Prior experience with Epic and/or Merge PACS
