Job Details
Position Description: All previous permanent employees of any affiliated facility must be separated from the health system for a minimum of three months to qualify for a travel position. This is a neuro and cardiac facility, so knowledge of DaTscans and cardiac work is helpful. Tech must be experienced and able to work independently.
Certifications: BLS, CNMT, PET (preferred), WA State License.
Required Qualifications: Certifications: BLS, CNMT, WA State License. Education: Not specified. Experience: At least 1 year of experience required. Location: Relevant to the facilitys location. Schedule: 5 days a week, 8-hour days, Monday-Friday, 700-1530, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of DaTscans and cardiac work.
Responsibilities: Performing nuclear medicine imaging procedures, including cardiac and cerebral blood flow studies, following proper safety and quality protocols.
Additional Information: Ability to work independently in a neuro and cardiac environment. No weekends unless desired, and no call required unless desired. Must include a response regarding prior work at a Providence facility, with specifics on location and dates worked.
Submission Requirements: Two references covering 1 year (6 months for CNAs) within the last 3 years, prior to start.
