Job Summary:
Nuclear Medicine Technologist position in Largo, Florida. This role involves performing nuclear medicine imaging procedures with a focus on patient safety and quality diagnostics. The technologist will support emergency HIDA scans and stress tests during on-call hours, contributing to patient care in a hospital setting.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Dayshift with 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist; minimum of 1 year of experience; Florida state license or eligible; no specific location requirements.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience supporting emergency procedures such as HIDA scans and stress tests; familiarity with hospital protocols.
  • Float: Float rotation may be required.
  • Additional Information: The position is located at a facility with 286 beds. The traveler will be scheduled in accordance with the facility policy and is expected to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees. The assignment involves working weekdays with occasional on-call duties during weekends.
