Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a facility located in Kenosha, Wisconsin. This position involves performing nuclear medicine imaging procedures, including PET scans, and requires collaboration within a multidisciplinary team. The role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment supporting inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department patients.
Job Details:
- Position: Nuclear Medicine Technologist
- Location: Kenosha, Wisconsin
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts, with a weekend rotation involving call only. Weekdays include one call shift per week, ending at 0600 the following morning. Weekend shifts occur every 4th weekend, starting Friday EOS until Monday at 0600.
- Start Date: 08/03/2026
- Required Qualifications: Two years of experience, certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB), proficiency with GE equipment (any models), SPECT CT, and general nuclear medicine practices. Able to start IVs and demonstrate good communication skills.
- Additional Qualifications: Experience with EPIC (preferred), McKesson Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) (preferred), and McKesson Nuc Trak (preferred). Willingness to float into PET scans at the nearby Cancer Center during the latter part of the contract.
- Support on the Unit: Department Supervisor and other Nuclear Medicine Technologists.
- Orientation: 12 hours to learn the workflow.
- Floating: Support for PET scans at the Cancer Center (1 mile away) during the second half of the contract.
- Other Notes: Scrub color can be any, parking is free. Potential to take one holiday call per contract.
