Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist
Shift: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Weekends Required: No
On-Call Required: No
Float: No
Call Back: No

We are seeking an experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in General Nuclear Medicine procedures and possess the required certifications and state licensure.

Requirements:

  • ARRT(NM) or CNMT certification required
  • Active New Jersey State License for Nuclear Medicine required
  • CPR/BLS certification required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nuclear Medicine OR graduation from an approved Radiologic Technology & Nuclear Medicine program required
  • Experience in General Nuclear Medicine preferred

Preferred Clinical Experience:

  • Bone Scan
  • Hepatobiliary (HIDA) Scan
  • Lung Scan
  • Thyroid Scan
  • General Nuclear Medicine procedures

Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic Nuclear Medicine procedures according to department protocols and safety standards.
  • Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals as required.
  • Operate Nuclear Medicine imaging equipment and ensure quality diagnostic images.
  • Provide patient education and ensure patient safety throughout procedures.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow radiation safety guidelines.
  • Collaborate with physicians, radiologists, and healthcare team members to provide high-quality patient care.
