Medical Solutions Allied is seeking a travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a travel job in Fairbanks, Alaska.

There are 3 NM Techs that rotate call. They also rotate through the Cardiology Clinic. Imaging Center outpatients and in patients; Heart Center outpatients The NM Tech is responsible to daily milk TC generator and prepare the daily kits. They are also responsible to draw up any needed doses. The Hot Lab computer system is NMIS. The department has 2 E-Cams located in the Imaging center. A Thyroid uptake probe in the imaging center. The department performs a wide variety of NM Studies. The main exams are Hidas, bones and gastric empty studies. There is a C-cam located in the Cardiology Clinic that does the majority of the NM Stress Tests. While at the Cardiology Clinic, NM Tech is responsible to perform the entire NM Stress test. This includes the patient hook-up to the Philips stress machine. There will be a provider with the NM Tech for the actual stress test.Medical Solutions Allied Job ID #1148761.
