Navitas Healthcare is seeking a travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a travel job in Syracuse, New York.
Nuclear Medicine Technologist required. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience. Must possess a valid New York State Nuclear Medicine Technologist License/Registration. ARRT (Nuclear Medicine) or CNMT certification is required (Board Eligible candidates may also be considered). Current CPR/BLS certification is required. Candidates should have experience performing routine nuclear medicine diagnostic procedures, preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals, ensuring radiation safety, and providing quality patient care. Experience operating Siemens EVOSPECT and Philips Forte nuclear medicine cameras is preferred. Familiarity with NMIS (Hot Lab), EPIC Electronic Medical Records, Synapse PACS, and VMS is preferred. Previous experience training or mentoring staff is a plus. Candidates must be willing to participate in possible evening and weekend on-call rotations. Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment are essential. Applicants must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
