ALOIS Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Director of Nursing Director for a travel nursing job in Lapeer, Michigan.

Job Description & Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Staff Leadership: Supervise, hire, and train nurses, techs, and support personnel.
  • Operations & Scheduling: Coordinate daily surgical room assignments and workflow efficiency.
  • Budget Management: Oversee departmental financial performance, supply purchasing, and resource allocation.
  • Compliance & Safety: Maintain adherence to healthcare regulations, infection control, and sterile processing standards. 

Submission Requirements

  • 3 years Director of OR experience - [REQUIRED] 

Certification Requirements

  • BLS (AHA)

State License Requirements

  • Michigan
