Requirements

• 2 years of experience required
• 1 year of leadership or management experience required
• Experience managing staff and practice operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between physicians, office employees, and clinical/administrative departments.
• Develop growth strategies and business plans with physicians and leadership.
• Support financial, budget, and business goals.
• Ensure adequate staffing for provider schedules.
• Monitor billing and collection functions.
• Oversee daily practice operations, policies, staff development, and patient flow.
• Manage staff performance, satisfaction, and conflicts.
• Oversee scheduling, recruitment, and payroll.
• Monitor budgets, regulatory compliance, contracts, and vendor relations.
• Coordinate patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and providers.

Special Notes

• Family Medicine practice spanning multiple locations.
• Manages approximately 15 associates, 7 physicians, and 21 residents.
• Epic is the EMR for outpatient and inpatient settings.
