RN – Labor & Delivery (Travel | Nights | 13 Weeks)
We're seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN with strong clinical judgment who thrives in a collaborative, high-acuity environment.
Requirements
- Active CALIFORNIA RN License
- BLS/CPR Certification
- NRP Certification
- AWHONN Electronic Fetal Monitoring (Intermediate or Advanced) – Required
- Minimum 3 years of recent RN experience
- Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive maternal and fetal assessments throughout labor and delivery.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care.
- Monitor labor progression, maternal status, and fetal well-being.
- Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care for routine and high-risk obstetric patients.
- Educate and support patients and their families throughout the childbirth experience.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Advocate for patients and families while delivering safe, high-quality care.
- Accurately document patient care and coordinate care across the healthcare team.
