Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration, Long-Term Care Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, Public Health Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
• Unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator license in the State of Colorado required
• Three or more years of experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, older adult services, or health care operations required; five or more years preferred
• Experience in nursing home administration, regulatory survey readiness, personnel management, quality improvement, resident and family relations, budget management, and strategic planning preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, quality improvement methodologies, and budget management
