Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for an acute care setting in Havre, Montana. This role involves providing essential patient care on a Medical/Surgical unit, working within a structured environment where established policies and procedures guide healthcare provision.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Monitor and record vital signs, intake and output, and other patient data, reporting any significant changes or concerns to the nursing staff.
• Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely in accordance with facility policies.
• Respond to patient call lights promptly and courteously.
• Collaborate effectively with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Completion of an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a CNA in an acute care or hospital setting, preferably Medical/Surgical.
