Clinic Registered Nurse
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join an outpatient clinic team in Pella, Iowa. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient clinic operations and delivering high-quality patient care within a dynamic ambulatory setting.
The Clinic RN will provide comprehensive nursing support to healthcare providers, assisting with patient examinations, treatments, and various procedures. Key responsibilities include managing patient phone calls, maintaining smooth clinic flow, and performing duties strictly within the scope of professional nursing practice.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain efficient clinic flow to optimize patient and provider schedules.
Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations, assessments, and documentation.
Perform treatments and procedures as directed by providers and within the RN scope of practice.
Manage patient inquiries and provide clinical guidance via telephone.
Provide comprehensive nursing coverage and support within the clinic environment.
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program.
Current American Heart Association (AHA) Heart Code BLS certification, or ability to obtain within three (3) months of hire.
Preferred Qualifications
3 years of clinical experience in an acute or ambulatory care setting.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as a team member.

Ability to multitask, including thinking, conversing, and typing simultaneously.
Basic PC skills and comfort with Windows Operating Systems.
