We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for a 13-week contract assignment in Geneva, New York. This pivotal role involves overseeing nursing operations and staff within a dynamic healthcare environment, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. The RN Supervisor will be responsible for daily operational management, staff guidance, and maintaining clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff during assigned shifts.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing personnel, addressing questions and concerns.
Assist with patient care as needed, maintaining clinical competency.
Address patient and family concerns, escalating issues to management as appropriate.
Participate in staff scheduling and resource allocation to maintain optimal coverage and patient safety.
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Facilitate effective communication between nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare departments.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
Prior experience in a charge nurse or supervisory role within a healthcare setting.
Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
