Travel Registered Nurse
Join a dedicated healthcare team in Penn Yan, New York, as a Travel Registered Nurse. This role offers an opportunity to provide high-quality patient care within a dynamic clinical environment, contributing to positive patient outcomes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care, collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and compassionate care delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care, including comprehensive assessments, medication administration, and therapeutic interventions.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans based on patient needs and medical orders.
Monitor and accurately document patient vital signs, symptoms, medical history, and responses to treatment.
Collaborate effectively with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to coordinate and optimize patient care.
Educate patients and their families on health conditions, prescribed medications, and self-care strategies for recovery and wellness.
Maintain accurate, confidential, and complete patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Adhere strictly to all organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory standards to ensure patient safety and quality care.
Required Qualifications
Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Relevant clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
