Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including comprehensive assessments, medication administration, and therapeutic interventions.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans based on patient needs and medical orders.
• Monitor and accurately document patient vital signs, symptoms, medical history, and responses to treatment.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to coordinate and optimize patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, prescribed medications, and self-care strategies for recovery and wellness.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and complete patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Adhere strictly to all organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory standards to ensure patient safety and quality care.

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Relevant clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
