Registered Nurse - Acute Medicine

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Acute Medicine Unit in Lawrenceville, Georgia. This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to adult patients with a variety of acute medical conditions within a hospital setting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards. This is a night shift position, offering an opportunity to contribute to patient well-being during critical hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, medication administration, and treatment, according to physician orders and nursing care plans.
• Monitor patient vital signs, observe changes in condition, and report significant findings to the medical team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
