This is a 13-week travel assignment for a dedicated Registered Nurse in Rochester, New York. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care within a dynamic healthcare environment, contributing to positive patient outcomes and supporting the interdisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for effectiveness and adverse reactions.
Document patient observations, interventions, and responses accurately and timely in the electronic health record.
Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care strategies.
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York or compact state license with the ability to obtain a NY license.
Minimum of 1-2 years of recent acute care clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
Demonstrated commitment to patient safety and quality care.
