Travel Registered Nurse
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Travel Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract assignment in Middleburg Heights, Ohio. This role offers an opportunity to provide high-quality patient care within a dynamic healthcare environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care for a diverse patient population.
This position requires a commitment to patient safety, clinical excellence, and collaborative teamwork. You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and contribute to a positive care experience.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for efficacy and adverse reactions.
Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and responses to interventions.
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care.
Maintain accurate and thorough electronic health records.
Respond to medical emergencies and provide critical care interventions as needed.
Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting.
Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
