Job Summary

As a Per Diem Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in the daily lives of patients, ensuring their safety and comfort. Responsibilities include medication administration, patient monitoring, and contributing to a therapeutic and structured residential setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications accurately and safely, adhering to facility protocols.
- Conduct routine patient assessments and monitor vital signs and overall health status.
- Document patient observations, interventions, and responses to care in a timely and thorough manner.
- Provide direct patient care and support, fostering a safe and therapeutic environment.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive patient care plans are followed.
- Respond to patient needs and emergencies in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience, preferably with an adult patient population.
- Ability to work effectively in a residential treatment facility setting.

- Experience in behavioral health, psychiatric nursing, or eating disorder treatment.

- Start Date: 2025-11-24.

- Orientation: 4 hours, scheduled on-site.
Licensing Requirements
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
