This role is for a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care within a hospital setting in Rochester, New York. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care for a diverse patient population, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards of practice.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for effectiveness and adverse reactions.
Document patient care activities, observations, and outcomes accurately and timely in the electronic health record.
Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.

Collaborate effectively with physicians, other nurses, and ancillary staff to ensure coordinated patient care.

Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Prior experience as a Registered Nurse.
