Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement nursing interventions.
Administer medications safely and accurately, monitoring for efficacy and adverse reactions.
Perform and interpret diagnostic tests as ordered, documenting findings thoroughly.
Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR) documentation.
Respond to medical emergencies and provide critical care as needed.
Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Previous travel nursing experience.
Additional relevant certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS) depending on unit assignment.

Strong medication administration and IV therapy skills.
Ability to operate and troubleshoot common medical equipment.
