Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in accordance with established protocols and physician orders.
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely, monitoring for efficacy and adverse reactions.
Document all patient care activities, observations, and interventions thoroughly and in a timely manner within the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
Collaborate effectively with physicians, other nurses, and ancillary staff to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies.
Respond promptly and effectively to changes in patient condition and medical emergencies.
Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting.
Proficiency in clinical assessment, medication administration, and patient care management.
