Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs.

• Document all patient care activities, observations, and interventions thoroughly and in a timely manner within the Electronic Health Record (EHR).

• Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies.
• Respond promptly and effectively to changes in patient condition and medical emergencies.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting.
• Proficiency in clinical assessment, medication administration, and patient care management.
