Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel contract opportunity in Middleburg Heights, Ohio. This role is ideal for a compassionate professional eager to provide high-quality, patient-centered care within a dynamic healthcare setting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing comprehensive care plans, administering medications, and collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for effectiveness and potential adverse reactions.
  • Accurately and timely document all patient care activities, observations, and interventions in the electronic medical record.
  • Educate patients and their families on health conditions, medication regimens, and self-care techniques.
  • Collaborate effectively with physicians, other nursing staff, and ancillary departments to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
  • Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients, adhering to all hospital policies and safety protocols.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to emergent patient situations, providing appropriate interventions and support.
