Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel contract opportunity in Middleburg Heights, Ohio. This role is ideal for a compassionate professional eager to provide high-quality, patient-centered care within a dynamic healthcare setting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing comprehensive care plans, administering medications, and collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team. This position emphasizes direct patient care, critical thinking, and maintaining a safe therapeutic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for effectiveness and potential adverse reactions.
Accurately and timely document all patient care activities, observations, and interventions in the electronic medical record.
Educate patients and their families on health conditions, medication regimens, and self-care techniques.
Collaborate effectively with physicians, other nursing staff, and ancillary departments to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients, adhering to all hospital policies and safety protocols.
Respond promptly and effectively to emergent patient situations, providing appropriate interventions and support.

Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
