Registered Nurse Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Rochester, New York. This role is based in an acute care setting, providing essential nursing care to a diverse patient population.

The successful candidate will be responsible for comprehensive patient assessment, development and implementation of individualized care plans, medication administration, and continuous monitoring of patient conditions. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical, psychosocial, and health history.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for effectiveness and adverse reactions.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical information accurately and timely.
• Provide patient and family education on health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques.

Required Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to work effectively in Rochester, New York.
