Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract assignment in Rochester, New York. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans based on patient needs and medical orders.

• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly in electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with facility policies.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to coordinate and optimize patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Current, active, and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
