- Provide direct care to Medical-Surgical patients with various acute and chronic conditions.
- Assess patients, monitor vital signs, and identify changes in condition.
- Administer medications, treatments, IV therapy, and wound care as ordered.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and update care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to provide safe, quality patient care.
