Job Description & Requirements

Med Surg/Rehab RN – Travel Contract | Johns Hopkins Hospital | Baltimore, MD
Location: Johns Hopkins Hospital – Meyer 7, Baltimore, Maryland
Shift: Days | 12-Hour Shift (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
Duration: 13 Weeks
⏰ Schedule: 36 Hours/Week
✅ Requirements:
- Active RN License
- BLS
- Minimum 2 years of current Med Surg nursing experience
- Experience caring for post-surgical adult patients
- Comfortable managing:
- Post-operative patients
- Rehabilitation patients
- Complex medical conditions

- 18-bed Adult Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit
- Specializes in:
- Amputation Rehabilitation
- Spinal Cord Injury/Dysfunction
- Brain Injury & Neurological Conditions
- Stroke Recovery
- Musculoskeletal Injury
- Complex Medical Rehabilitation
- Non-Telemetry Unit
- Nurse-to-Patient Ratios:
- Days: 1:4–5
- Nights: 1:5–6
⭐ Preferred Qualifications:
- Epic EMR experience
- 1–2 prior travel assignments
- Dysrhythmia management experience
