Care Career is seeking a travel nurse RN Acute Care Case Management for a travel nursing job in Baltimore, Maryland.

Job Description & Requirements

Pediatric Nurse Case Manager

Shift: Day, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week

Weekends: None

Holidays: None

On-call: None

Guaranteed hours: Yes

Contract:16 weeks

Required qualifications

  • Active RN license
  • At least 2 years of RN experience
  • BLS
  • Current inpatient case management experience
  • Experience with post-acute facility referral platforms, such as:
    • NaviHealth
    • AllScripts
  • Experience facilitating discharge planning
  • Bedside nursing experience preferred, ideally 5+ years

Preferred

  • EPIC experience
  • Case management certification
  • ICU experience preferred, but not required
  • Pediatrics experience is not required
