Seven Healthcare is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse Manager - NICU for a full-time, permanent opportunity in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This position offers $34.08-$51.13 per hour with a schedule of 3x12-hour night shifts and is ideal for a nursing leader passionate about delivering exceptional neonatal care while guiding and supporting a high-performing NICU team.

Key Responsibilities
As a NICU Nurse Manager, you will:
  • Lead and supervise NICU nursing staff to ensure high-quality neonatal care
  • Oversee daily unit operations, staffing, and workflow management
  • Support clinical decision-making and ensure adherence to evidence-based practices
  • Collaborate with neonatologists, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Monitor quality metrics, patient outcomes, and regulatory compliance
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance evaluations for staff
  • Ensure a safe, family-centered care environment for neonates and families

Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN required; MSN preferred)
  • Active RN license in the state of Indiana (or eligibility to obtain)
  • BLS and NRP certification required
  • Prior NICU experience required
  • Leadership or charge nurse experience preferred
  • Strong communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills
