Seven Healthcare is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse Manager - NICU for a full-time, permanent opportunity in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This position offers $34.08-$51.13 per hour with a schedule of 3x12-hour night shifts and is ideal for a nursing leader passionate about delivering exceptional neonatal care while guiding and supporting a high-performing NICU team.

Key Responsibilities
As a NICU Nurse Manager, you will:

Lead and supervise NICU nursing staff to ensure high-quality neonatal care
Oversee daily unit operations, staffing, and workflow management
Support clinical decision-making and ensure adherence to evidence-based practices
Collaborate with neonatologists, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
Monitor quality metrics, patient outcomes, and regulatory compliance
Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance evaluations for staff
Ensure a safe, family-centered care environment for neonates and families

Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN required; MSN preferred)
Active RN license in the state of Indiana (or eligibility to obtain)
BLS and NRP certification required
Prior NICU experience required
Leadership or charge nurse experience preferred
Strong communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills
