ID: 64312612 Shift: 9:00am-5:30pm (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM) Description: GHR Program Manager- Jen Dierkes -GHR Program Coordinator- Kayla Kyle8 week contract with extensions based on practice needs and performance.Contract is temp to perm only submit candidates what want to convert to Penn MedicineWork Arts Pavilion Bldg., 5 Plainsboro Road, Suite 300, Plainsboro, NJ, 08536SCHEDULE: Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm.Overview Practice specializes in Metabolic Medicine, Thyroid, Diabetes and Endocrinology.This is a patient education position that is mainly via phone but could also include in person education for glucose meters, Ozempic shot instructions etc., as well as confirming prior authorization, calling in refills, lab orders etc.EPIC EMR experience is REQUIREDINTERVIEW teams interview followed by 1 hourin person shadow of triage nursesADDITIONAL Temp to perm status, please be mindful to discuss this as opportunity to get into Penn Medicine as an FTE after contract. Penn Med is known for their excellent benefits, PTO, career resources, retirement, and career growth. Pay for FTE with 1-5 years experience is most likely between $38-$40/hour.
