Job Details

• Position Description: The nurse completes comprehensive assessments, formulates and revises individualized care plans, and provides direct patient care in accordance with organizational policies and professional standards. Responsibilities include coordination, delegation, supervision of care activities, and ensuring continuity of care. The role may involve supervising staff and flow management within the unit.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license in the state of practice or equivalent and BLS certification. Experience in an acute care setting within the past 12 months as a Registered Nurse in the specialty area. The candidate must meet the clinical performance competencies demonstrated through annual validations.
• Schedule: Shift time is days with a 12-hour shift duration and a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The position requires physical agility to respond quickly to patient needs, the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and adherence to standard precautions due to exposure risks. Prior experience in the specified specialty is preferred but not required.
