Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Outpatient Clinic Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum 1 year preferred License: Required RN License Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS Must-Have: Epic charting experience Description: Performs routine assignments and develops competence by performing structured work assignments. Provides direct and indirect patient care to clinic patients and their families utilizing the nursing process. Conducts comprehensive patient assessments and develops and implements nursing care plans. Engages in patient education and ongoing evaluation of health conditions. Delivers holistic and individualized care to all patients in the assigned area. Develops and coordinates an optimal interdisciplinary plan of care. Incorporates psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors into care. Fosters and maintains collaborative relationships between patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare providers. Communicates timely and effectively to promote a quality patient experience. Adheres to policies, industry standards, best practices, and applicable laws and regulations. Engages in continuous growth and development in professional nursing practice.
