- Healthcare Provider Level BLS required.
AHA ACLS Provider Card required.
IV Therapy experience preferred.
PICC and midline proficiency preferred.
Chemotherapy experience preferred.
Infusion (CRNI) and/or Oncology (OCN) national certification preferred. - Preference to applicant with current ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy-Immunotherapy certification.
- Preference to applicant with current outpatient infusion experience.
- Oregon RN license required
- RN Ambulatory Infusion
- 1+ years experience
- EMR Used EPIC
