Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Ambulatory Care Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 17:00) Experience: Minimum 1 year experience required License: Active Nursing License Certifications: BLS Required Must-Have: 1. Allergy Testing experience 2. Allergy Shots experience 3. Charting experience in Epic 4. Skills in BLS, AED, and CPR Description: Provide allergy testing and administer allergy shots. Interpret laboratory results and perform medication reconciliation. Obtain vital signs including height and weight. Conduct patient health questionnaires, including allergies. Perform pulse oximetry and oxygen administration. Respond to cardiac arrest situations and alterations in consciousness. Administer emergency medications and immunizations. Conduct intradermal and subcutaneous testing as required. Label specimens accurately and perform TB skin testing. Prepare and maintain patient charts. Handle pharmacy calls and patient refill requests. Schedule appointments and conduct telephone triage. Make follow-up phone calls and provide medication refills. Deliver patient education while adhering to universal precautions. Support a daily patient census with an average of 20 visits.
