Must-Have:
An experienced RN who can circulate and scrub in cases such as General, ENT, Plastics, Orthopedics, Urology, and GYN cases.
Description:
The RN in the Outpatient Surgery unit will be responsible for scrubbing and circulating surgical cases.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Experience should include handling abdominal and vaginal hysterectomies, cholecystectomies, hernia repairs, and various orthopedic procedures.
The role requires proficiency in using a charting system, specifically Epic.
An understanding of patient demographics, including adolescents, infants, pediatrics, and geriatrics, is necessary.
Candidates must be able to work well in a collaborative environment and provide excellent patient care.
Familiarity with surgical techniques in a variety of specialties is essential in this role.
Potential candidates should be ready to complete onboarding documents before the start of their assignment.
