Responsibilities
Serve as the Interim ADON.
Assist with daily nursing leadership and clinical operations.
Work on the nursing floor as needed to provide staffing coverage.
Participate in weekend/holiday rotation.
Participate in the on-call schedule.
Ensure quality patient care and staff support.
Requirements
Active RN License (required for submission)
BLS Certification
