Travel Nurse RN - Behavioral Health - $1,945 per week in Corpus Christi, TX

**Job Description:**

Seeking a compassionate Behavioral Health Registered Nurse to deliver care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role involves patient assessment, care, and treatment under general supervision.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care.
• Supervise healthcare staff.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Apply emergency procedures and CPR.
• Interact effectively with patients and staff.
• Implement Safe Use of Restraint (SUR) procedures.

**Qualifications:**

• Active Texas RN Licensure or Nurse Licensure Compact eligibility.
• Current CPR certification.
• Preferably two years of nursing experience, including six months as an RN.
• Experience with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Availability for rotational weekends and flexible shifts.

**Schedule:**

• 40 hours/week
• Shifts: 6 a.m. • 2:30 p.m., 2 p.m. • 10:30 p.m., 10 p.m. • 6:30 a.m.
• Rotational weekends

**Additional Information:**

• 4•week orientation (education and training).
• Patient ratios: 9•10, adjusted as needed.
• Floating to different units may be required.

**Certifications:**

• Maintain CPR certification.
