Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Burn Care unit position requiring med-surg wound care experience and MD or compact RN licensure.

Details

• Work in the Burn Wound Unit (Med-Surg) of a hospital environment
• Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM on a 12-hour basis
• Required to work every other weekend
• Rare floating may be required to another med-surg floor
• Uses Epic EMR system

Requirements

• Active RN license (MD or Compact) currently in hand
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of med-surg nursing experience required
• Comfortable managing wound care
• Epic EMR experience required
• Comparable facility size experience required to match the hiring facility's bed count

Additional Information

• Provide nursing care to patients on a burn wound unit
• Holiday coverage required as needed
