Job Summary: A Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) Nurse position is available in Casper, Wyoming. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients undergoing cardiovascular procedures. Job Details:
Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice or a compact RN licensure, with BLS certification. Experience in scrubbing is required. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of clinical experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months, relevant to cardiac catheterization procedures.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred. Professional certification related to cardiac care or perioperative nursing is advantageous.
Additional Information: The role requires physical agility, effective communication skills, and the ability to respond quickly to patient care needs. Candidates must adhere to standard precautions due to exposure risks. The environment involves direct patient care, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and documentation in patient records, following established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
