Job Summary:
Cardiac Cardiovascular Nurse (CCL) specializing in Cardiac Catheterization Lab procedures in Montrose, Colorado. This role involves working under direct supervision of a cardiologist to support diagnostic and interventional procedures in a high-acuity setting. The position requires providing patient education, assisting with exercise stress testing, and ensuring procedural safety and compliance.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Dayshift, 10-hour shifts, minimum 40 hours per week, starting 08/03/2026
• Certifications and Education: Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required. Completion of a 12-lead ECG course and 10 hours of physician-led didactic time are necessary.
• Responsibilities: Explaining procedures to patients, overseeing exercise protocols and stress testing, recognizing and treating cardiac arrhythmias, understanding cardiovascular pharmacology, and managing related clinical tasks.
• Additional Qualifications: Cath Lab experience and IV conscious sedation experience are preferred.
• Clinical Skills: Competence in performing/executing Exercise Stress Tests/Nuclear Imaging Stress Tests, understanding ECG changes, hemodynamic responses, and patient safety during testing.
• General Conditions: Must adhere to the organization's philosophy and mission, promote patient safety, and perform other related duties as assigned.
