Job Summary
Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) Nurse Location unspecified. This role involves providing leadership in the coordination and delivery of high-quality, compassionate patient care within the specialty of Cardiac Catheterization. The nurse utilizes the nursing processincluding assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluationto deliver, delegate, supervise, and document patient care and education. Effective communication with patients, families, and the healthcare team is essential to ensure positive patient outcomes.

Job Details

• Schedule: Rotating shifts including 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM (3 days per week) and 7:00 PM to 6:30 AM (weeknight shifts). Additionally, a shift from 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM Tuesday-Thursday with weekend call may be required.
• Required Qualifications: Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans within the unit or department. Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services. Effective communication skills with patients, families, and hospital personnel. Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Additional Information: Candidates must have BLS, ECMO, and structural heart experience, with prior Intensive Care Unit (ICU) experience.
