Job Requirements
- Active RN license with experience in a Cath Lab, cardiac catheterization lab, or similar cardiovascular procedural setting
- At least 1 year of nursing experience required; Cath Lab experience strongly preferred
- Expert-level experience with EP Mapping (Electrophysiology Mapping) preferred
- Strong knowledge of cardiac monitoring, procedural workflow, and patient safety practices
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with physicians, cath lab techs, and clinical team members
- Current ability to meet onboarding and compliance requirements, including health screening and verification documentation
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization procedures
- Assist with electrophysiology mapping and other advanced cardiac lab procedures
- Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures to ensure safe, effective care
- Support procedural workflow, preparation, and recovery activities in the Cath Lab
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver efficient, high-quality patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold clinical and safety standards throughout each shift
